Welcome back. We saved your answers from last time.
Just a couple of things before you continue:

Part A · Your brand voice

    Let's start with the basics

Who you are and where we can find you. This takes about two minutes.

Rough is genuinely fine. There are no wrong answers here. Write the way you'd explain your brand to a friend — we'll shape it together from there.

Altogether this runs about fifteen to twenty minutes. Most people don't finish in one sitting — that's fine. Your answers save automatically as you go, so you can close the tab and pick up later on this same device and browser.
Any capitalisation, spacing, or ™ / ® you use.
We make hand-poured soy candles for slow-living households. Or: We sell curated color resources for digital artists.
So we can follow up with any questions.
Where can we find you online? We review these before your intake session — they show us how your brand already looks and sounds. Leave blank anything that doesn't apply.
Do you have a brand document already? A style guide, brand notes, anything written down — even informal.
Paste a shareable link Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar — set so anyone with the link can view. Or email it to founders@scalablestudio.online after you send this.

Part A · Your brand voice

Why you exist, and where you sit

What your brand is for, and how it's different from what's around it.

We make things worth keeping. It can be as simple or as specific as fits your business.
Describe it plainly — the product, the material, the format, whatever is most accurate.
Not a demographic — a real person. What are they into, what do they care about?
We're a slow-living homeware brand. People sometimes mistake us for a mass-market gift shop.
Spend less time choosing colors; spend more time creating.

Part A · Your brand voice

The person you're making this for

The more specific you can be, the sharper everything downstream gets.

A digital illustrator who sells their work and wants their colors to feel cohesive.
The aesthetic, the feeling, the story, or simply that it fits who they are. Describe the moment they stop and pay attention.
What they walk away with, practically or emotionally. Describe the result in their terms, not yours.
Different tastes, different occasions, different reasons for choosing you. If there's really only one kind of buyer, leave this blank.
Naming this keeps your voice from drifting toward generic copy.

Part A · Your brand voice

    What your brand stands on

The few core ideas your brand keeps coming back to. Fill in as many as feel true — three is plenty.

    How your brand sounds

Tick what fits. Most brands land on three or four words in each list.

How should your brand come across?
How should it never come across?
How formal or casual should it feel?
Love: short, concrete sentences. Avoid: jargon, exclamation marks.
Tone by context Same voice, different register. Leave blank anything that doesn't apply to you.

Part A · Your brand voice

    Your words, and your limits

What to lead with, what to never say, and what you can genuinely back up.

Handcrafted, considered, enduring — or curated, intentional, cohesive. Whatever sounds like you.
Must-have, ultimate, hack, game changer, cheap, mass-produced.
We never promise overnight results or use fake urgency.
Real numbers, credentials, results, or testimonials — only what you can stand behind.

Part A · Your brand voice

    Show us, don't tell us

Real examples teach us your voice faster than any description could.

Something you've written, or a tone and style you're aiming for.

    Part B · Your look

    Colors, type, and your logo

How much you fill in depends entirely on what you already have.

Are your colors and typography defined?
Color Fill in what you use. Leave a row blank if you don't have one. If you're unsure of exact hex codes, just describe the color.

    Part C · Legal & systems

Your IP, and how you work

Almost there — this part is short.

Your legal language is yours to provide. We store it and use it exactly as written. We never draft it for you. If you don't have this written down yet, that's completely normal — just tick what you have and we'll work through the rest together.
